Returns:

We value each and every one of our The Well Dressed Society members and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. However if by any chance you need to return your item, please follow the below steps for an exchange or refund.

Email us at info@thewelldressedsociety.com immediately with the reason why you would like to return or exchange your item. If the reason is valid and accepted, you will receive a unique reference code from us. Please ensure you deliver the item back to us within 7 days.

You will also be sent a return slip in your delivery which you need to fill out along with the reference code. Please include this slip within the item you are returning/exchanging.

After 7 days of receipt we will not accept returns or exchanges (sorry ladies).

If you are an international TWDS shopper and wish to return/exchange, please notify us immediately via email and we will assist you with your return.

We can also offer a credit note if you do not want a refund.

We do not exchange or refund on discounted/sale items or swimwear/underwear for health and hygiene reasons.

Items must be returned to us for a refund or exchange according to the following conditions:

  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in it’s original condition with all our tags attached. Your garment must be free of any marks including make-up marks, deodorant marks or dirt marks.
  • It arrives at our office within 7 days of you receiving it in your hot hands.
  • It has been approved through The Well Dressed Society Customer Care and you have obtained a return authorization number via info@thewelldressedsociety.com
  • The returns slip provided with your order must be completed, please don’t leave out any of the questions we have asked otherwise there may be delays in processing your exchange or refund
  • If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible, so you don’t miss out.
  • For discounted or sale items: NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
  • We need to receive the item back within the same conditions outlined above, along with your exchange request/s via email, phone, or noted on your returns slip. It must be an item available on the e-boutique within the 7day time frame. 
  • Exchanges local and internationally will be charged a delivery cost: SGD$12 in Singapore, SGD$25 in rest of Asia and SGD$39 anywhere outside of Asia

You are responsible for posting your return goods back to TWDS. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking. This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items because that would break both our hearts. TWDS is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels so please be sure to use the above method.

Please note, the original postage charge cannot be refunded if we shipped it to you internationally.

Any additional payment made by you to return faulty goods to TWDS, will not be refunded.

Refunds are made against the original Credit Card used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 5 days of receiving them.
